A definition published in 1982

"In order to relate ideals to reality and share the results, a thought structure called UniverseCity (UC) is developing. It’s object is to imagine beyond the imaginable and then trace, step by step, a basic path back to now. Next, what parts of present pertain to UC? Although UC ultimately is unification of mind with eyes closed and mind with eyes open, for now call it where we are with eyes closed. This is an obvious beginning when considering vastly unexplored brainpower and emphasizes the challenge to disregard commonly conceived limits.

The hilltop-to-hilltop thoughts-as-action method of reaching UniverseCity will be discussed later. There are tools available for aiding that journey once the path is visualized. Details of structure at least include:

With assumption that we are, with eyes closed, where we are going, a “cosmic twist” takes effect. A universe-world seems barely imaginable, and what’s a universe-universe, anyway? But that’s the game, for beyond fantasy is a unanimous place that any individual can reach anytime. And as the “unimaginable” approaches clarification, the imaginable formulates.
